- We really wanted to win. Two games without victories – that’s too much for Dynamo, so we took the field and fought for positive result. Our efforts, dedication and desire gave dividends in the second half.
- Unity of the team was noticeable. Did you have it before?
- We have good friendly relations in the team. Everyone understands that we must unite and help each other.
- Did Dedechko’s red card have a great impact upon the final score?
- It helped us. We got a lot of space and it became easier to cope with Vorskla defense.
- Jahovic scored against Dynamo again. What’s so special about him?
- He is a good forward.As for the episode when Vorskla scored, I think it was necessary to look after the player, who assisted him. Centre back mustn’t let striker obtain the ball behind their backs.
- Was Rebrov satisfied with the game?
- Not only Rebrov, but all of us. It was a pleasure to win again. Still we’re tired of pulling out victories late in the game.
- Didn’t you lose your heart when Vorskla scored?
- We weren’t pessimistic. It’s just drives me mad when we attack a lot, but can’t score while opponent’s ordinary cross results in goal. We were angry with ourselves.
- What did Rebrov tell players before the match?
- He asked us to use side attacks and to play aggressively.
- Could you tell about the combination with the “wall” you used taking set pieces?
- We worked on that at our training sessions.
- Did you play only for supporters or also for your coach? Did you have a desire to make Rebrov’s debut a success?
- We always play for the coach.Of course we realized that it wasthe first match for the young specialist. We support Rebrov and he supports us. That’s what the team is.
