Dynamo Austrian training camp. Day 6: 10 km and not less!

Kyivans see them very often on the way from the hotel to the training ground.

The first to get on bicycles among the White-Blues were Raul Riancho and Vitaliy Kulyba.

Control of exercise load

At the current training camp players have a possibility to estimate the level of exercise load. After every training session performers put marks (1-10). That gives coaching staff the necessary information.

By the way, exercise load hasn’t become less intense comparing with previous years. “Every player covers about 10 km per training session on average”, - informed Serhiy Rebrov.

Improvement of tactic work

The first part of the morning training session was dedicated to strength exercises.

The second phase included work on tactics. This time defenders almost didn’t resist attacking players. The aim of the exercises was to let performers improve the play on their positions and teamwork.

Goalkeepers are always first

The first to come to the evening training session were goalkeepers. They work very intensively under the charge of Mykhailo Mykhailov.

Meanwhile outfield players arrived. After the warm-up they started working on quick passes and shots. Goalkeepers also joined them.

After that all performers were divided into two teams. One side created attacks while another worked for defense. Defenders were outnumbered. Eventually Kyivans played an ordinary mini-match.

On June 25 FC Dynamo Kyiv will play friendly against SC Schwaz at 19:00 (Kyiv time).
