The UEFA Referees committee has announced the UEFA Europa League group stage Matchday 4 referee appointments with Tommy Skjerven (Norway) taking charge of Dynamo's away game against Besiktas JK in Istanbul, Turkey on Thursday 3rd November.
Born 25 July 1967, he debuted as a referee in 1984, and has been a FIFA referee since 2001.
At the İnönü Stadium he will be accompanied by assistant referees Steinar Holvik and Geir Age Masovn Holen, additional assistant referees Brage Sandmoen and Anders Johansen and the fourth official Trond Ivar Dovle (all from Norway).
