Though transfers from Dynamo Kyiv to Spartak Moscow or vice versa excite football community.
It all started with Dynamo striker Pavlo Kornilov who moved to Moscow from Kyiv in 1938.
After the Second World War the most noticeable ones were Viktor Terentiev’s and Anatoliy Suchkov’s transfers from Spartak to Dynamo.
In 1970th Dynamo goalkeeper Olexandr Prokhorov moved to Moscow at first and then returned to Kyiv.
In 1990th ex-Dynamo players Viktor Onopko, Yuriy Nikiforov, Vladyslav Ternavskyi and Serhiy Yuran were signed by the Red-Whites.
At the turn of the millennium Spartak defender Ramiz Mamedov moved to Kyiv. Later goalkeeper Olexandr Philimonov joined him.
The most resonant event of that period was Vladyslav Vashchuk’s transfer to Spartak in 2003.
The first player who went on a loan move from Dynamo to Spartak was Ognjen Vukojevic (2012/13).
