Now everyone’s present at the training camp
The previous night Andriy Tsurikov joined the team. He showed up only now as he had problems with visa. Thus on Saturday the White-Blues started working in full force – four goalkeepers and 22 outfield players.
Today it was the last time that Kyivans had two training sessions a day. Morning practice started with familiar exercises with weights, barbells, steppers etc.
After that tactical part of training session started. Performers were divided into two groups that trained separately. They worked on different combinations and finishing.
Everyone scores after Rebrov’s assists
Later defenders worked under the charge of Raul Riancho while halfbacks and forwards practiced shots on target with Serhiy Rebrov.
Head coach took direct part in this exercise. At first he passed the ball to players from the midfield and they were supposed to finish the attack with two touches. After that the exercise became more complicated. Rebrov passed to a player, who was supposed to create a chance for his teammate.
The final task was to hit the target from outside the box. It was also allowed to make only two touches. Each player had to score two goals, after which training session was over for him.
Sometimes goalkeepers performed incredible saves.
Rybalka’s brief joy
Serhiy Rybalka was very excited after his second goal as he used the last attempt he had.
After the majority of players went to the locker-room and only Yarmolenko, Khacheridi and Rybalka stayed on the field again to play their usual game. Eventually Serhiy lost and tried to escape club media cameras to make several somersaults.
Feeling game rhythm
Evening training session started with exercise the purpose of which was to work on passes. Players were divided into several groups and passed the ball to each other going round in circles. The speed of their movement increased gradually.
The final part of training day was a mini-match without any special rules. The “blue” team won the first half of the game 3:0. After the break for scamper “red” side changed the situation for better a bit.
On Sunday the team will have one training session and theory class. On Monday Dynamo will play the first sparring. The White-Blues will face Borussia Mönchengladbach second squad. The game will start at 15:30 local time (16:30 Kyiv time) at Marbella stadium.
