Wind rose air company aircraft flew over the Europe, crossed the English Channel and landed at John Lennon airport located 12 km far from Liverpool at 12:36 local time (difference between Zebra Time and Kyiv time is two hours).
Even before landing passengers could see home arenas of Everton FC and Liverpool FC – Goodison Park and Anfield Road.
Bird’s eye panorama made the distance between stadiums look really small.
Actually that’s almost true. They are located on opposite sides of StanleyPark (less than 1 km).
Anyway mostly journalists followed the landscape while players had rest. Only some of them played cards listened to music or watched movies.
After Dynamo delegation got the luggage Kyivans divided into two groups. The team, coaching staff, doctors and administrators went to Hope Street Hotel (pictured).
Journalists headed off to Hard Days Night Hotel, which is completely The Beatles-style.
Both hotels are located not far from Goodison Park, where FC Dynamo Kyiv will face Everton FC.
In the afternoon the White-Blues head coach Serhiy Rebrov and one of our players will hold the press conference after which Kyivans will have a training session at Goodison Park.
