On Wednesday, the White-Blues moved from Zürich to the Austrian commune of Fulpmes, nearby Innsbruck.
A couple of hours after the arrival, our team had a training session in the village called Medrats, a few minutes away from the hotel. The field is surrounded by mountains with sylvan hillsides. From time to time, one can see paragliders. This kind of sports is very popular here.
By the way, the White-Blues are training 800 m above sea level, so when work gets really hard, oxygen deficiency can happen which tempers human body.
As usually, before the session, Mircea Lucescu discussed training plan with his assistant coaches. Meanwhile players had some time to have fun with the ball and shoot on goal. Then Mister gathered everyone around and explained what they’re going to do.
After scamper and warm-up, the major part of work started. It included different tactics exercises. The session was quite intense.
