In the morning players had aerobics class at the turnhall under the charge of instructor. It lasted about one hour. After the training the White-Blues were in fine fettle.
After lunch everybody, who wanted to, went to Puerto Banus. Kyivans saw the famous harbor and some went shopping. The weather was rather cold and windy.
In the afternoon our team had reconditioning procedures at the hotel. That is a very important part of preseason work for every performer.
FC Dynamo Kyiv have high profile doctors and massage therapists, who help players to cope with exercise load.
After dinner Kyivans started packing their bags as tomorrow the first training camp will be over.
It has turned out that the planned friendly against FC Astra Giurgiu won’t take place. Tomorrow morning Dynamo will have a training session at MarbellaFootballCenter. In the afternoon the majority of players will go to Malaga international airport and return to Kyiv. The White-Blues will have several days off. Foreigners will mostly go home to spend time with their families.
