On Monday morning coaching staff decided to arrange general meeting of the team at the hotel.
After that the White-Blues went to the training center and paid special attention to warm-up first of all. Exercises were usual.
Later players worked on tactics. They were divided into two teams and simulated different game situations. From time to time they stopped to listen to coaches’ remarks.
Then the most interesting part of training session started. Serhiy Rebrov’s men played a mini-tournament on the small pitch. Each team had eight performers. This time the “greens” triumphed (four wins). Their squad looked as follows: Dragovic, Betao, Kharatin, Sydorchuk, Miakushko, Yarmolenko, Khlyobas and assistant coach Serhiy Fedorov.
After the training session the majority of players went to the locker room or to the bus while Yarmolenko, Rybalka and Khacheridi played their usual game the purpose of which was not to drop the ball. This time Serhiy and Yevhen lost.
In the evening Kyivans had a theory class. They analyzed the play of their next Europa League opponent EA Guingamp. Our players will stay focused on that for two more days, so Jocelyn Gourvennec’s men won’t manage to surprise them.
