Dynamo in Tyrol: two training sessions a day

Dynamo will play five friendlies within the second training camp. Serhiy Rebrov’s men will have two training sessions a day till July 11 when they face RSC Anderlecht.

Most of all players like mini-matches. Before them they have a warm-up, strength, speed and tactical exercises, but game is a quintessence of the training process.

In the afternoon Kyivans were divided into two squads. They worked on attacks in turn.

Serhiy Rebrov and Raul Riancho often stopped the game to remark on something. They are fine with clever improvisation, but at the same time performers must follow team play principles. Attacking side scored only twice. Goals were netted by Andriy Yarmolenko and Oleh Husiev.

After tactical exercises the White-Blues played a mini match.

The game ended in 1:1 draw. Roman Bezus and Facundo Bertoglio hit the target.

After the training session players didn’t really want to leave the pitch. Andriy Yarmolenko and Roman Bezus stayed to work on shots on target with Maxym Koval keeping the goal.

As Kyivans returned to the hotel they went to the swimming pool and after that – to sauna.
