- It was a difficult victory. It’s good that we’ve scored last minutes goal. We didn’t plan to play so slowly. Anyway we’ve qualified for the next stage. Now we are to get ready for important Ukrainian Premier League fixture against FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk.
- How difficult was it to recondition after defeat against Aalborg BK?
- Every team wins and loses. It’s just necessary to make right conclusions. After the fixture in Denmark we had three theory classes. We tried to explain players main reasons for that defeat. I hope they’ll have double motivation in the next game against Aalborg and prove that previous match was a mistake.
- Why did Vida and Burda switch flanks?
- Vida has experience of featuring as left back. Burda performed as right lateral and centre back. I can’t analyze the game right now. Mykyta joined attacks very effectively late in the second half. Vida played confidently for defense. In the first half he was knocked on the head and felt dizziness. I’m thankful to him for doing his job till the final whistle.
- Will Andriy Yarmolenko be allowed to take penalties after this game?
- When both Yarmolenko and Husiev play they decide who takes penalty themselves. This time Andriy missed. We’ll talk to guys about that.
- How serious is Vida’s injury?
- I don’t think it’s very serious. I hope he’ll recondition quickly.
- What team would you like to face in the Ukrainian Cup quarterfinal?
- I have no preferences. Last season we opposed only best teams in the national cup. Today it was interesting to play against Karpaty. They are making headway.
- You’ve made conclusions after defeat against Aalborg. Won’t the team make same mistakes in Kyiv?
- At first we’ll play important fixture against FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk. After that we’ll think about the Europa League.
