Svein Oddvar Moen from Norway is to take charge of Tuesday night’s UEFA Champions League second qualifying round game between Drogheda United (Ireland) and Dynamo Kyiv (Ukraine). He will be accompanied by assistant referees Odd-Jarle Larsen and Dag-Roger Nebben, whereas Kristoffer Helgerud will act as fourth official. All three are from Norway as well.
Born in 1979, Svein Oddvar Moen started refereeing aged 17 and debuted in the national top Division in 2004.
Janis Mežeckis from Latvia will act as UEFA Delegate.
UEFA Referee observer is Zdravko Jokic from Serbia.
