On Friday, August 22, FC Dynamo Kyiv and adidas signed an extended contract through 2018. On this occasion a press conference was held in the Lobanovskyy Dynamo Stadium conference room. The event was attended by Dynamo Director General Rezo Chokhonelidze, Managing Director of the adidas Group in CIS Martin Shankland and the team's coach Yuriy Semin.
One of the main focuses of Adidas is football kit and associated equipment. Their sportswear is widely used by top professional club teams, such as Liverpool, Chelsea, Milan and Bayern Munich. The close and continuous cooperation between the three-stripe brand and one of the best Ukrainian football clubs proved to have a success. That is why both Dynamo Kyiv and adidas decided to prolong their partnership.
The new Dynamo kit 2008/09, designed by adidas, will be available to supporters in official adidas stores very soon. The shirt will retail at UAH 370 - 400.
