The result of the Ukrainian Premier League match Vorskla vs. Dynamo leaves the Kyivers five points behind first-placed Metallurg Donetsk FC.
The White-Blues took the lead at the Butovsky Vorskla Stadium after 30 minutes when Artem Milevskyy scored with a thunderous strike from 12 meters in a far corner. But the host team was not kept down for long. Vorskla hit back with an equaliser from Yesin four minutes later ending the first half of the game in 1-1.
Yuriy Semin's team kept the pressure on in the second half in search of victory. It seemed things were going Dynamo's way again when Bangoura restored Dynamo’s lead with a help of Milevskyy pass. The second equalizer came from Curri in the 79th minute. He netted the ball from close range and earned a 2:2 draw for his team.
The visitors could have scored on several occasions during the match, but missed the chances to convert the opportunities that were created. Thus, the White-Blues failed to pull off the victory. Also, having played at a high level, the players of Vorskla managed to show interesting game and demonstrate their strong points.
