Viktor Shvetsov from Odesa has been appointed to take charge of this Saturday's league match between Dynamo (Kyiv) and Karpaty (Lviv).
Shvetsov was born on 22 June 1969 and is based in Odesa. He has been refereeing since 1991, made his top-flight debut in 2005 and earned his FIFA badge in 2008.
The 39-year-old Shvetsov will be accompanied by assistant referees Ihor Bytskalo and Oleksandr Mankovskyy, while Yevhen Herenda will act as fourth official. Volodymyr Troshkin (Kyiv) and Viktor Zvyagitsev (Donetsk) will act as UFF (Ukrainian Football Federation) observers.
The Week 13 match Dynamo vs. Karpaty will take place on Saturday, November 1, at the Lobanovskyy Dynamo stadium. The kick-off time is 18.00.
