Dynamo players ready for international duty

Fifteen Dynamo Kyiv players have been called to represent their countries over the next few days.

Oleh Blokhin has named seven Dynamo Kyiv players in the squad for Ukraine’s upcoming friendlies. Yevhen Khacheridi, Oleksandr Aliyev, Andriy Yarmolenko, Denys Harmash, Oleh Husyev, Artem Milevskyy, Andriy Shevchenko have all been called up for the games against Germany (11 November, Kyiv) and Austria (15 November, Lviv).

Among the players possibly in action for Ukraine Under-21 are Dynamo goalkeeper Maksym Koval and midfielder Serhiy Rybalka. Pavlo Yakovenko’s team face Euro 2013 (U-21) qualifiers against Finland (November 11) and Lithuania (November 15).

Croatian Ognjen Vukojević will join up with his national team for a two-legged Euro-2012 play-off against Turkey on November 11 and 15. The first-leg is in Istanbul on Friday November 11 with the return game in Zagreb Nov. 15.

Miloš Ninković is also on international duty and faces a double away trip. The midfielder is part of Serbia's squad which travels to Mexico for Friday's friendly match before visiting Honduras for another friendly on Monday, November 14.

Goran Popov has pulled out of Macedonia’s squad for the upcoming friendly against Albania due to a knee injury.

Dynamo midfielder Dudu has a chance to make his Brazil debut after national team’s coach Mano Menezes included him in the squad for friendly matches against Gabon (November 10) and Egypt (November 14).

Ayilla Yussuf and Brown Ideye are both in the Nigeria squad for friendly matches against Botswana (November 12) and Zambia (November 15).

Lukman Haruna has been called up by Nigeria Olympic team (U-23) for a training camp ahead of the CAF Under-23 Olympic qualifying tournament in Morocco (Nov 26-Dec10). If he is included to the final squad list of 21 players, he’ll get a chance to help his team qualify for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
