The UEFA Referees Committee has announced the referee for Tuesday's UEFA Champions League third qualifying round match between FC Dynamo Kyiv and FC Rubin Kazan at the Valeriy Lobanovskyy stadium in Kyiv.
The match will be refereed by 38-year-old Spaniard David Fernández Borbalán who has been an international referee since 2010.
Borbalán will lead an all-Spanish refereeing team that features assistant referees Raul Cabanero Martinez and Jorge Canelo Prieto, and fourth official Pedro Perez Montero.
