Referees from Belgium have been appointed to officiate at Wednesday night's UEFA Cup Round of 32 match between Dynamo Kyiv and Valencia CF (Spain).
Serge Gumienny will be responsible for running the action on the field. In Kyiv, the 36-year-old referee will be accompanied by three compatriots - assistant referees Walter Vromans and Michaël Keyen, and fourth official Johan Verbist.
Jean-Louis Valentin from France and László Vagner from Hungary will act as UEFA delegate and inspector, respectively.
The return match against Valencia CF will take place on 26 February and will be refereed by the official from Slovenia, Damir Skomina.
