Yevhen KHACHERIDI: “I always say what I see and feel”

Character and emotions

- Teammates stop me when I go towards referee thinking that he can send me off, but I don’t want to insult him. I just ask why he renders this or that decision. I always care about fairness. Of course I don’t have right to be too emotional, but I can’t change that.

I always say what I see and feel even though sometimes I pay fines for that. Sometimes I can even argue with coach even though I shouldn’t do that.

Sky’s the limit

Dynamo coach Raul Riancho admires Yevhen Khacheridi, but mentions: “Many Spanish and German specialists ask me about Khacheridi. Everyone knows that he’s high profile performer. Today he uses only about 45 per cent of his potential, but even that lets him feature for Dynamo and Ukraine national team”.

- Raul often tells me that, - says Yevhen Khacheridi. – I always work hard at training sessions. Maybe sometimes I don’t do my best as I don’t feel good. Can I make headway? I guess so. They often say that I must work on long balls. After training sessions I do that with assistant coach Serhiy Fedorov. I also understand that I should score more (four goals in five years).

Future

- Every player wants to feature for one of the top-clubs. I’m only 27. First of all it’s important to avoid injuries. Anyway I want to win something with Dynamo. I feel fine here. I like the city, besides we have great fans.
