Following the Matchday 3 encounter against FC Porto, Dynamo defender Malkhaz Asatiani and midfielder Badr El Kaddouri talked to media representatives about the match.
Badr EL KADDOURI, Dynamo defender:
- I think this victory is a great achievement for players and a great success for Dynamo Kyiv Football Club. However, our next match with Porto is going to be very tough, we know that.
- Was it difficult for you to play in central-midfield position?
- I haven’t played in that position for a long time. Definitely, it was a little bit hard. However, everything depends on coach. My task is to do my best under any circumstances.
- Who was the first to congratulate you with this victory?
- My parents and my wife. They are happy with our win as well.
Malkhaz ASATIANI, Dynamo defender:
- Dynamo Kyiv have three matches left. We are going to face our Group G opponents one more time. It is necessary for us to obtain the best possible result.
In the first half of the match we committed many mistakes. But we should not forget that our rivals haven't lost a single home game in the UEFA Champions League since 2005. Now we have to get ready for our next fixture against FC Porto which will take place in Kyiv.
