With six fixtures left on the schedule, Dynamo did not win under Yuriy Semin for the first time, drawing 3-3 with Metalurh Donetsk on home ground.

The visitors started strongly, pushed forward and took an early lead on three minutes. Malkojan tipped his shot onto the post and Fernandes headed a rebound into an empty goal.

Dynamo’s response arrived almost instantly. Husev’s move found Bangoura in the center of the penalty box. The striker, left unmarked, could not but grab his chance to make it 1-1. Although pressing the opponent back and keeping possession, it was Dynamo that conceded the next goal. Donetsk top scorer Kosyrin fired his team into a lead again.

The second half, in its early stages, saw three more goals within a ten-minute spell. To begin with, Milevskyy sent a tricky cross on to Aliyev, who elegantly lobbed the ball over the keeper. Milevskyy continued doing his job, this time having struck himself a 16-meter shot after outperforming Metalurh defense.

The White-Blues now faced a single task, that of not conceding a goal. Yet their one-goal shaky advantage was not to last long. Kosyrin, whose header from a corner found the net, did the damage for the second time tonight and deprived Dynamo of any chances to pick up three points.
