- We’re disappointed we haven’t managed to score and come back into the game, but we’ve done our best. Home side had two chances and used them. That’s the demonstration of their experience we still need to gain. Anyway, we don’t give up as we have to focus on the domestic league and Ukrainian Cup.
We all believe in what we do. That’s a great experience. We have young team, young defense. Of course I wish we did better, but we were doing the best we could in this euro cups campaign.
- Could you avoid conceding these goals?
- Football consists of mistakes and small episodes. The same thing happened in Kyiv. We could avoid all these goals. Maybe we lack experience, but we’re moving on.
- What were the positive episodes of this euro cups campaign?
- We have nothing to be ashamed of. I guess we could do better against Juventus and Barcelona at the home ground. I’m proud we qualified for the Champions League and opposed outstanding teams. As I’ve said, maybe we lack experience, but we’re moving in the right direction.
