- As the whole country, yesterday I followed tough Euro-2020 round of 16 game. Our team grabbed historic victory. Of course I wanted to enjoy this success, just like all fans did.
Unfortunately the accident that happened to Artem Besedin extinguished these emotions. I still can’t get it out of my mind! Only the courage of Artem partially softened those horrifying impressions.
At the expense of his health, our forward helped Ukraine gain the decisive advantage. As for consequences… the miracle hasn’t happened. The injury is very bad and it will take Artem a lot of time to recover.
Anyway, I know Besedin as a really strong person. I know how he was looking forward to Euro-2020. And I’m sure he’ll do his best to come back as soon as possible.
FC Dynamo Kyiv will do everything it takes to help him. Besedin is one of the leaders of our team. Such guys are golden pool of Dynamo and Ukrainian football.
You’re not alone, Artem! We’ll all be waiting for your return. We’ll wait as long as it’s necessary. I’m sure new tournaments and victories are still ahead for you!
