- After our performer was sent off I hoped we wouldn’t lose, but players scored twice. Such games can be won due will power. I can’t say the first half was a failure, but maybe we should have featured more aggressively at home arena. After the break Yarmolenko and Kravets had good chances. Anyway players have demonstrated their character.
The game was important and difficult considering the psychological pressure after defeat in Denmark. There was no underestimation of our opponent. Maybe Dynamo looked a bit tired, but that’s natural after the match in Dnipropetrovsk. Aalborg are high profile and orderly team. It’s difficult to attack when their whole squad works for defense.
Anyway I hope Dynamo will reach the Europa League knockout stage. We’ve come out on top in standings again. It’s important for us to win the group from psychological point of view.
