- You’re smiling. Does that mean draw is satisfactory for you?
- Considering that we scored equalizer several minutes before the time it is. The team fought till the end and earned very important point. We didn’t lose courage as that happened before. We’ve gained great experience. I think this draw will give the team confidence.
- Was the absence of Andriy Yarmolenko a serious loss?
- Dynamo with and without Yarmolenko are different teams. I think if Andriy was on the field out attacking play would have looked better. Unfortunately he’s suffered toxication. He was really willing to take the field. Anyway I’m thankful to our performers for doing their best.
- You are more optimistic than experts…
- I’m emotional. Of course there were some aspects professionals didn’t like about our play. Still the team has demonstrated great dedication. It would have been ridiculous to underestimate Porto though they’ve lost some leading performers.
- What outcome of the group stage do you count on?
- First of all I want the team to demonstrate dedication. I don’t want players to lose courage no matter what. Our task is to get out of the group. Our performers don’t have problems with motivation.
- Did you believe Dynamo would score equalizer?
- I always believe till the final whistle. When referee awarded free kick for Dynamo I thought we would score. That’s what happened.
