We really value performers, who behave worthy toward the club. For example, Rebrov used to feature abroad, but then we were glad to see him back. Shevchenko finished his fabulous career in Dynamo. Many former players work for our football school today.
My experience tells me that we’re on the right track. There’s no spinelessness on the field, everyone follows the game plan. Our performers are true professionals. Youngsters respect older players, who help them in return. Coach supports the team and the team supports the coach.
