- It was a good game. I think it’s impossible to find better opponents for sparring at this time of the year. The preparation for the new season goes on and coaches have a right to make experiments. I liked some episodes of the match. Of course all participants of this competition have what to work at.
- What can you tell about the spirit of this game? Did it look like a friendly match?
- There were episodes when both sides struggled for the ball with great dedication. Every player tried to prove that he plays better than his colleagues who are ready to substitute him. Having signed new players we increased the competing inside the team. As for me, I enjoyed both the match against Zenit and against Spartak. About 30 thousand spectators came to watch the game today. So I have good impressions.
- Dynamo already have 6 points. Do you have the aim to win the Joint tournament?
- It’s not our top priority. I have just thanked players for good game and dedication. There’s still much to work at. Still wins are always a pleasure.
- What can you tell about the tournament in general? Who initiated this competition?
- It was initiated by Moscow side. The rest of participants have supported this idea. We have even cancelled the second training camp in Austria. Never the less our players have everything they need to get ready for the next season properly. They can also meet their families. I hope this tournament will influence our team positively and we’ll win the UPL.
- How can you comment upon ultras decision to boycott this tournament?
- I don’t understand their position as I think that it’s wrong to boycott their native team. This tournament has nothing to do with politics and it’s not a precursor of the Joint league. I’m going to meet ultras leaders to discuss this issue with them.
- What can you tell about Goran Popov, Andres Escobar, Ayila Yussuf and Vladyslav Kalytvyntsev?
- Popov is likely to join West Bromwich Albion again. Escobar will play on loan. We count on Kalytvyntsev, but maybe he’ll also get game practice in another team.
First of all we had to sign players we needed. We still lack defenders and I’ll do whatever it takes to solve this problem.
- Liulka and Morozenko went on loan move to FC Hoverla Uzhhorod. Buialskyi and Makarenko have stayed in Dynamo…
- Yes, they are likely to stay in Dynamo. If we sign another defender maybe some more players will go on a loan move.
- Will Vukojevic stay?
- He’ll stay as his contract with Dynamo is still valid. In general I think that Oleh Blokhin and his coaching staff are on the right way.
- Oleh Blokhin has stated that Bohdanov and Ruben will also play on loan. What teams will they join?
- Bohdanov has offers from different teams. As for Ruben his contract with Dynamo is also valid, but we’ll find a team for him if it’s necessary. I’ll discuss it with him.
- What about Bordeaux left back Benoit Tremoulinas?
- I won’t comment upon different rumors until we sign this or that player.
- What can you tell about Dynamo new title sponsor?
- We have also signed a contract with one Moscow betting shop. Actually I’m not the one to answer this question as at that time I had negotiations with Montpellier HSC as for Younes Belhanda. Fortunately we have signed a five-year contract with him.
- Are you satisfied with Dynamo newcomers?
- I have done what talent scouts recommended Oleh Blokhin. We’ve got three players we needed first of all. Still we keep on looking for defenders.
- How many other players are you going to sign?
- It’s difficult to say. We can’t change the whole team. At the moment we lack a left back. As for Yevhen Selin, he is able to play as center back.
