- Which transfer was the most difficult one to conduct this summer?
- The most difficult negotiations I had as for Belhanda’s transfer. He is a young man and his opinion can be influenced be side-winds. By the way, our ex-player Badr El Kaddouri helped me to persuade Younes that the transfer to Dynamo is a step forward in his career.
- Speaking about Artem Milevskyi, his contract term will be over soon…Do you know anything about his plans for future?
- His contract will be valid till September. We’ll be glad to start negotiations with teams willing to sign Artem. I’m sure that there will be demand for him. He still can achieve a lot in football.
- They say that you have signed Mbokani as Brown Ideye may leave Dynamo soon…
- Ideye won’t leave Dynamo in the near future. He is one of our leading strikers. The point is that he had been playing for a season and a half without any rest. Thus we gave him additional time for vacation. We have signed Mbokani to create competing inside the team. Only Oleh Blokhin can decide who will be the first team regular.
- What can you tell about Artem Kravets?
- He is a very talented guy able to play both as forward and winger. He missed football and now he’s ready to struggle for the place among first eleven.
I think young Ukrainian players shouldn’t take a back seat as we sign top level foreigners. They should keep working as hard as possible.
- It was rather surprising that Taras Mykhalyk became a free agent…
- I had a good talk to Taras. He has realized that he needs a new source of motivation which can be found in a new team.
Mykhalyk told me that he had got an offer from FC Lokomotiv Moscow and though his contract with Dynamo was still valid, I agreed to let him go as a free agent.
At the moment Taras feels very enthusiastic in Lokomotiv. He also wants to return to Ukraine national team.
- Blokhin has told that he doesn’t know how much time does he have for work with Dynamo? Could you please specify what tasks does he have and what their nonfulfillment may result in?
- The main task is to form a battle-worthy team which will gladden spectators. Of course our aim is to win the Ukrainian Premier League, Ukrainian Cup and to demonstrate good play in Europa League. I realize that it may take more than a season and a half to create a new team. Still positive changes will be noticeable. I would like Oleh Blokhin to become the coach who will lead Dynamo to wins.
