- As for my first reaction to the drawing outcome – I was calm. I can’t say I wanted to face a different team. All possible options were quite tough at this stage. Villarreal are really good team and I’m glad we’ll oppose them as it’s a great chance to test ourselves.

- I’m ready from the point of view of fitness. We have a reconditioning period after every match, so we don’t feel too tired.
- Is it good the first game against Villarreal will take place in Kyiv?
- Actually it doesn’t matter. We need to take the field and demonstrate decent football to succeed.
- Have you watched any Villarreal games?
- They have some players in their lineup I opposed when featuring for Ukraine. They have high profile performers as their domestic league is way better than ours.
- Villarreal winless streak in domestic league includes eight matches. It seems they’re having tough times…
- I think they mainly focus on euro cups. Maybe they were just unlucky in some matches. I’m sure they’ll demonstrate totally different football in the Europa League and we must be ready for that.
