He’s told our club media about work for the new team:
- Vicente Gomez invited me to Kyiv. We’ve been acquainted for years already. About 17 years ago we worked for Athletic Bilbao together. We’re really close friends.
Before I came to Ukraine I worked in Spain and Qatar. I got significant professional and life experience there. It’s easier for me to work in Europe as in East one must adapt to local culture. Fortunately I didn’t have problems with that and I made headway as coach!
My primary duty in Dynamo is to follow players’ fitness. We have another physical trainer – Vitaliy Kulyba. We work together and know what our functions are. Now we’re getting ready for the new season thoroughly. I hope in two weeks I’ll win my first trophy with Dynamo – Ukrainian Super Cup!
I already love Dynamo wholeheartedly. Kyiv is a fantastic city. I’ve got a hearty welcome and I’m thankful for that!
