This season Dynamo winger Andriy Yarmolenko hasn’t become the best striker of his team as Artem Kravets has scored one goal more. Still Yarmolenko is the UPL best performer according to “goal+assist” system.
He took part in all 26 games (2,265 minutes), netted 14 goals (3 from the spot) and performed 11 assists.
In the Ukrainian Cup Andriy made four appearances. He has one goal and one assist to his name in this competition.
Unlike Yarmolenko Alex Teixeira took part in six national cup fixtures this season and scored twice.
Teixeira has become UPL best striker of the season. He hit the target 17 times (1 from the spot) in 22 matches (1,772 minutes) and performed four assists.
This is the seventh season for Yarmolenko in the UPL and Ukrainian Cup. He’s played 20 matches in the national cup and scored 12 goals.
Current season is sixth for Teixeira in Ukraine and fifth in Ukrainian Cup. He has 10 goals to his name in 24 cup fixtures.
Last season Andriy Yarmolenko won the Ukrainian Cup for the first time in his career while Alex Teixeira has done that three times already.
