Mykyta BURDA: “I guess left flank experiments are over”

- Mykyta, what are our impressions of work with the main squad at the training camp?
-
My impressions are positive. I feel comfortable in the team, besides the training camp isn’t too exhausting. We mostly work with the ball and exercises are really interesting.

- You played as centre back in sparrings. Does it mean left flank experiments are over for you?

- I guess so. Especially considering that Antunes has joined the team and Selin has recovered. Still I can be the left back if necessary (smiling)!

- It seems Betao explains something to everyone on the field. Is it easy to play alongside him?

- Betao really keeps the whole team up (smiling). Frankly speaking I’ve never played alongside someone like him.

- You have a lot of theory classes at the second training camp. Isn’t it difficult to acquire so much information?

- It’s not. Theory classes don’t last more than one hour. In general there’s nothing new about that for me.

- Which sparring at the training camp was the most difficult one?

- I guess the last one (against Videoton FC). We were a bit tired and made a lot of mistakes in the second half.

- Today you had the first theory class dedicated to EA Guingamp. What can you say about this team?

- They defend very orderly and start counterattacks rapidly. Special attention should be paid to their forward Claudio Beauvue.

- What are your expectations of matches against French side?

- Victory is above all. We must do our best to reach the next stage even though that won’t be easy.
