- The task was not to concede. Unfortunately we did because of our mistake. If we were more pragmatic in terms of defense, we could attack and score one more. Brugge have better game rhythm, but basically this was even match.
Brugge didn’t have a lot of chances, but they applied pressure, especially Dost. We made a mistake when they took that corner. I guess goalkeeper was supposed to deal with the ball. Besides we made a lot of mistakes in simple situations.
We have a return match in a week, so we must get ready to do better away.
- You scolded at Bushchan after the game. What was that about?
- I said when a player crosses the ball with his right foot, goalkeeper should rush forward and deal with the ball. Unfortunately Bushchan didn’t feel that episode.
- What about Besedin, who didn’t cope with his player after which Dynamo conceded?
- We conceded similar goal at the training camp. I need to watch this episode again. I suppose goalkeeper had to deal with the cross. Anyway, other players had to be more careful with their opponents too.
- Will Dynamo do better in return match?
- I’m sure we will.
