Before the session new head coach took the floor:
“I know that there’re talented young guys in Dynamo, who haven’t unlocked their potential yet. Never leave that till tomorrow which you can do today. Time flies so fast. Start getting ready for great battles today.
What matters to me is our communication. We need to find the common ground.
I would like to present you my coaching staff. Oleh Husiev. Direction of the club wanted to have the legend of the club in our team as he knows how to win trophies. Ognjen Vukojevic is another Dynamo legend, who knows how to win. He’s also Croatia U-23 coach, but he wanted to help us.
Emil Caras will be dealing with communication issues. Diego Longo used to work with my son Razvan in PAOK and won the league there. He also won the Asian Champions League with Al Hilal. He’ll be in charge of your fitness.
All these people are here to help you get better. But only part of this process is in our hands. The rest is about your motivation and efforts.
It’s very important to avoid injuries. You need to prepare yourselves for competition. We need to have positive friendly competition for progress.
