- We complicated the game for ourselves by making simple mistakes. We didn’t act the way we were supposed to. There was more improvisation of the field. FC Lviv were very motivated after previous defeat. We couldn’t cope with their pressure. We tried to use short passes, but that was wrong.
In the second half we did better. Players, who took the field, acted the way we told them.
- Are you satisfied with youngsters, for example Syrota and Zabarnyi?
- Today we had a lot of youngsters in the starting lineup – Tsytaishvili, Liedniev, Shepelev, Supriaha. They’re talented, but they need two or three experienced performers alongside them. I believe in young players, it’s all in their hands. They work really well at training sessions. Now they need to demonstrate that in official games.
