The Sailors were formally the home side in Kyiv for the second time this season. Considering that they also train at the arena located in Hrushevskoho street, one can say its field has already become native for Olexandr Babych’s men.
Dynamo couldn’t count on suspended Rybalka and Belhanda and injured Lens and Miguel.
The White-Blues totally controlled the game. Odesa side mostly focused on defense. Kyivans’ most powerful attacking force were wingers Yarmolenko and Husiev. Both of them are in great conditions.
The first half ended in a goalless draw and after the break Serhiy Rebrov’s men crushed Chornomorets. At first Yarmolenko marginalized half of Odesa side players with a great pass to Husiev and Oleh hit the bottom corner in one-on-one situation.
This goal helped Dynamo from psychological point of view. Lukasz Teodorczyk replaced Dieumerci Mbokani and started tearing Chornomorets defense apart as predator.
Martyshchuk parried Vida’s shot, the ball hit the post, but Polish striker netted it.
The final score of the game is 2:0 for Dynamo. This was the sixth clean sheet in a row for Kyivans.
