- It’s actually the toughest one. I’ve experienced that. The recovery process is very difficult as I spend almost all day at the gym, but the progress is barely noticeable.
- How does your typical training day look like?
- I wake up at 7 in the morning, have breakfast and come to the gym at 8. Then I work out till about 1 p.m. Then I have two hours for different procedures. After lunch I have some rest. About 6 p.m. different kind of work starts that lasts a couple of hours. Then come more procedures (an hour and a half). Generally, I spend six-seven hours at the gym and have procedures for about three hours. After that I have dinner and get ready for sleep.
