The forthcoming match can set the new record in number of the White-Blues fans at the stadium since the return of our team to the NSC Olimpiyskyi in March of 2011.
In other words the full house is expected at the game!
Last time that happened at this arena on March 18 1997 as Kyivans opposed Juventus in the Champions League quarterfinal. That day 100,064 supporters were present at the NSC Olimpiyskyi.
By the way, 54 minutes into that game Serhiy Rebrov, who is Dynamo head coach today, scored the equalizer.
The White-Blues have already returned seven times to Kyiv after narrow defeats away in euro cups. Four times they went through to the following stage after that.
All those matches were really intense. That’s where our 12th player should take the floor and help our team overcome the English barrier on Thursday.
