- We are getting ready for the game in all seriousness. Everyone understands that we are in for a very difficult match against Metalist. Last week we defeated them in Kharkiv and demonstrated good play. We must perform the same way in Kyiv. Three points are vital for us.
- Will Metalist play differently comparing to the match in Kharkiv?
- I don’t know, but we must be well-prepared. We are aware of Metalist strengths. They use counterattacks effectively, besides two key performers have rejoined their team. Anyway we Dynamo must play properly first of all.
I hope many people will come to the stadium. We really need their support. In the closest time we’ll play most important UPL fixtures of the season – against Metalist, Karpaty and Shakhtar.
- Many goals were scored in two Metalist matches against top teams in a row. Is that regularity?
- May be. Metalist demonstrate good attacking football. They have good forwards, just like Dynamo and Shakhtar. The match won’t be easy for us, but we must play like we did in Kharkiv.
- What did Dynamo lack to achieve positive result against FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk?
- We’ve analyzed that game though it’s difficult to talk about football as turf was of very bad quality. Still both sides were on equal footing. We made mistakes which resulted in our defeat. Anyway we’ve made conclusions. Now we must focus on the next game. As I’ve said, three forthcoming matches will be the most important for us this season.
