- After the break we gave up initiative that’s why our players experienced some pressure. But fortunately we scored the third goal and after that played confidently till the final whistle.
- How can you explain Harmash’s emotional behavior?
- We’ll find out what happened in that episode. I asked the referee what Harmash had told him. If that’s true, Denys will be punished. I substituted him as I knew he would get a red card in the second half. He was too emotional. He is young and we are still to teach him.
- Are your players in their best possible conditions? Is there any reserve for reinforcement?
- We are in good conditions. The only problem is that we have to struggle for the Champions League spot. But to create a team sometimes one must first fall down and then rise. We didn’t play worse than any of our opponents including Shakhtar Donetsk. But our players experience psychological pressure. Besides the majority of them are very young. I’m happy for Bezus as he managed to score today. I hope it will influence him in a positive way.
- Danilo Silva played as center back. Why did you choose him for this position?
- I just didn’t have another center back for this match. Selin has little experience of playing on this position. So I decided to choose Silva.
- Do you think Sydorchuk and Bezus have future in Dynamo?
- We signed them, so I do think so.

- Sometimes we miss goal-scoring opportunities. It’s a psychological problem. After the third goal we started playing more confidently.
- Are you going to sign new players during the summer break?
- Yes, we are.
- Some say Dynamo are going to sigh Huntelaar. Is that true?
- Internet rumors are ridiculous.
- What’s your attitude to the idea of Commonwealth of Independent States league?
- I’m not ready to answer right now. A lot of questions arise: who will participate in the Champions League, what will happen to Ukrainian League. I think it would be better to lessen the number of teams in Ukrainian league to 12. But I don’t support the idea of the Commonwealth of Independent States league.
