FC Dynamo Kyiv players’ nutrition: you play the way you eat!

Players have special diet which influences their fitness.

- Sportsmen shouldn’t eat smoke products, junk food including French fries, pickled products, savory, mayo, ketchup and chips, - tells former head of Dynamo training complex restaurant Petro Zvarych.

- To lose weight one should eat less energy food and increase training intensity. If player wants to struggle for regular starting spot he should eat vegetables, fish and consommé.

On match days players eat as little as possible. In such situations fish, chicken, turkey and rabbit are best options. For breakfast they have dairy, eggs, muesli, dry fruit, cheese, jam or honey.

Our players have been to different countries and fancy restaurants, but we try to please each of them. Our signature dish is mashup. Our cooks often say: you play the way you eat!
