In 2007 Slovakian midfielder, who’s ŠK Slovan Bratislava trainee, left Brescia and joined Napoli. Nowadays he’s one of the best European players on his position. He’s already made 405 appearances for Naples side and scored 98 goals.
Just as some other Napoli performers, Hamšík (height – 183 cm, weight – 79 kg) is familiar with the NSC Olimpiyskyi. On September 8 2014 he helped Slovakia national team defeat Ukraine at our arena – 1:0. On May 15 2015 Napoli lost against FC Dnipro in Kyiv in the Europa League semifinal.
2015/16 season was a success for Hamšík and Napoli in general. The team didn’t win domestic title, but qualified for the Champions League group stage. Marek scored six goals and got 11 assists to his name. He’s a very versatile player, who can both create chances for teammates and finish attacks himself. He has incredible shot!
So, Serhiy Rebrov should think of the way to cope with this performer.
