Still at the age of 15 he came to Italian side Hellas Verona FC academy.
After he made 89 appearances for the main squad within three seasons (11 goals) he joined Napoli in January of 2014.
He played 15 matches for the new team within first six months. The following season he made 23 Serie A appearances and last year – 35 (in starting lineup). On March 24 2016 talented midfielder made his debut for Italy national team in the friendly against Spain.
24-year-old Jorginho (height – 180 cm, weight – 68 kg) is a typical playmaker. He’s a very energetic box-to-box halfback.
He’s Napoli engine FC Dynamo Kyiv must stop as they face Naples side on September 13.
