Premier goals of Ruben and Mikhalik bring the win over Tavriya!

The back four had formed Taras Mikhalik and Yevhen Khacheridi (both in the center). Injured Brazilian Danilo Silva was replaced on the right side by Oleg Gusev and for disqualified Nigerian Taye Taiwo entered experienced Brazilian Betao.

Midfield composed Croatian Ognijen Vukojevic and Nigerian Lukman Aruna (holding positions) while on the flanks were placed Swiss Admir Mehmedi (right) and Andriy Yarmolenko (right). Artem Milevskiy and Marco Ruben were given forward roles. Among valuable absentees were Portuguese midfield maestro Migel Veloso and vastly experienced goalkeeper Olexander Shovkovskiy. Probably both were reserved by Blokhin for the very important forthcoming Champions League match against FC Porto.

All in all Dynamo dominated throughout the match with the side coached by one of the former White and Blues greats Oleg Luzhny.

Argentinean Marco Ruben scored the first goal in the match and for Dynamo personally in the final seconds of the first half.

The game was settled with 15 minutes after the start of the second half when central defender Mikhalik headed home after his first goal in the season after an excellent cross of the skipper Oleg Gusev.

Dynamo squad:

Koval, Betao, Khacheridi, Mikhalik, Gusev (c) Bogdanov, 70), Vukojevic, Mehmedi, Aruna, Yarmolenko, Milevskiy (Garmash, 76), Ruben (Brown Ideye, 84).
