Five Dynamo players and head coach in UPL matchday 14 all-star teams!

Football.ua web site pays attention to defender Yevhen Khacheridi for the second time in a row. Andriy Yarmolenko and Dieumerci Mbokani have also been mentioned.

Yevhen Khacheridi

“Frozen pitch didn’t prevent Khacheridi from demonstrating great play. He didn’t let Vorskla orderly attack create anything.

Interesting fact. Khacheridi performed 49 actions with 49 of them successfully”.

Andriy Yarmolenko

“Yarmolenko became one of the heroes of the match due to goal he scored and participation in two other effective attacks of his team.

Interesting fact. Yarmolenko won only 31% of scrimmage”.

Dieumerci Mbokani

“Dynamo key striker has demonstrated how attacking actions of the team with and without him differ. In Poltava he netted brace as typical target man and assisted Yarmolenko when Andriy opened the score.

Interesting fact. Mbokani unleashed two shots on target and both of them resulted in goals”.

UA-football.com web portal defines not only 11 best players of matchday, but also best coach. For the third time this title belongs to Serhiy Rebrov.

Yevhen Khacheridi (2nd time in all-star team)

“Despair could be seen on faces of Kovpak, Barannyk and Hromov throughout Vorskla match against Dynamo. The reason for their failures was the confident play of Yevhen Khacheridi. Kyivans centre back actually owned the penalty area. He also joined attacks and had several scoring chances”.

Andriy Yarmolenko (6th time in all-star team)

“Today it’s difficult to imagine Dynamo without Yarmolenko. Teammates often look for their leader on the pitch and he creates a lot of chances and upsets the White-Blues opponents’ goalkeepers. In away match against Vorskla Andriy scored his 13th goal of the season (in all competitions) and performed great assist”.

Dieumerci Mbokani (1st time in all-star team)

“Congolese striker didn’t take the field among first eleven in the UPL for almost seven months. Still in the matchday 14 fixture Dieumerci became the White-Blues true finisher. He netted brace and got one assist to his name”.

Coach – Serhiy Rebrov (3rd time in all-star team)

“Kyivans’ head coach was a bit offended after the game as Vorskla didn’t agree to postpone the match. Still Rebrov’s men demonstrated their best qualities as they faced Poltava side and defeated their opponent confidently”.

Football club has been impressed by four Dynamo performers and head coach.

Miguel VELOSO (2ndtime in all-star team)

“As Belhanda was ill Miguel performed the major part of his duties and helped other supporting midfielders. He was active and his perfect cross resulted in Dynamo first goal”.

Serhiy RYBALKA (1st time in all-star team)

“Ukrainian halfback was very useful and became one of the key figures in battle for midfield. Serhiy coped with his work well even despite some wrong passes”.

Andriy YARMOLENKO (8th time in all-star team)

“Kyivans’ leader looked very confident in Poltava. Early in the second half he opened the score and thus netted his 62nd goal for Dynamo in the UPL. Andriy also assisted Mbokani and started the White-Blues third effective attack”.

Dieumerci MBOKANI (1st time in all-star team)

“After long period of rehabilitation Dynamo striker demonstrated great play. He netted brace and helped Andriy Yarmolenko score. Mbokani performed effectively when not in possession and helped defenders”.

Coach – Serhiy Rebrov (4th time in all-star team)

“Away victory, which increased Kyivans’ unbeaten streak to 13 games, was the result of Dynamo coach’s work. It’s not only about proper game plan and squad, but also about players’ psychological state. The White-Blues fought on Poltava frozen turf for 90 minutes”.

Matchday.ua site has included practically same performers into the all-star team. It should be also mentioned that Andriy Yarmolenko (goal and assist) and Dieumerci Mbokani (two goals and assist) have been marked out by all web portals.

Yevhen Khacheridi

“It was another good game for Yevhen. Vorskla created few chances due to Dynamo defender’s confident play”.

Serhiy Rybalka

“Dynamo supporting midfielder fulfilled a great amount of work as Kyivans faced Vorskla. He joined attacks more often than usually and made only one serious mistake”.

Andriy Yarmolenko

“Kyivans’ halfback took part in three goals netted by his team. He scored himself and assisted Dieumerci Mbokani”.

Dieumerci Mbokani

“As Kyivans’ Congolese striker stepped back into ranks after rehabilitation he proved that he still has goal-scoring flair. Mbokani scored brace and assisted Yarmolenko once”.
