The game against Rapid in Wien was a food for reflection.
Yevhen Khacheridi and Brown Ideye couldn’t help their teammates against FC Metalurh Donetsk because of suspensions, so Domagoj Vida was among first eleven.
At the same time Olexandr Shovkovskyi took the field after the break which lasted more than one month. Yevhen Makarenko and Oleh Husiev featured instead of Benoit Tremoulinas and Danilo Silva.

4 minutes into the match Dieumerci Mbokani tried to head the ball in after the cross from Jeremain Lens, but missed the target. After that Younes Belhanda tried to score from the box, but the ball hit Metalurh defender’s hand.
19 minutes into the match Holaido was sent off for desperate foul against Lens. Andriy Yarmolenko took the free kick and opened the score!
Six minutes later Mbokani assisted Lens and Dutch forward hit the target. Five minutes before the break Donetsk side halfback Lazic eluded Dragovic and hit the far bottom corner.
Second half became a real benefit performance of the White-Blues. Our players scored goal which fit every taste.
At first Belhanda obtained the ball inside Metalurh penalty area after the pass from Mbokani and hit the target.
After that Lens, Yarmolenko and Haruna knocked away side out. Lukman’s goal from distance was very spectacular!
73 minutes into the match Belhanda made a hat trick. The last goal of the game was netted by Mbokani, who hit the bottom corner with a well-placed shot.
