One of the issues was the claim of FC Shakhtar Donetsk CEO Serhiy Palkin, who wanted Commission of ethics and fair play to resort to Control and disciplinary committee the report concerning FC Dynamo Kyiv and the head of public relations department of the club Mykola Neseniuk. According to Serhiy Palkin the club and its employee infringed ethics and fair play Code rule “Fair play – discipline and respect”. Serhiy Palkin claimed to suspend Mykola Neseniuk from duty.
Commission of ethics and fair play has rendered following decisions:
1. Dismiss the complaint of FC Shakhtar Donetsk CEO Serhiy Palkin.
2. Recommend all subjects of football activity to follow ethics and fair play Code.
