Roman Zozulya: "My goal is to be among 18 first team players"

Dynamo forward Roman Zozulya took part only in one match during last season. Nevertheless this 19-year-old player managed to attract coaches’ attention to his football skills. Now he is eager to join the first team once and for all.

- Did you have a chance to show you best qualities during the training camp?

- I think yes. I did my best to comply with all rules and requests. Hopefully, the coaches are satisfied with my work.

- What do you expect from the Super Cup match?

- It’s obvious that we have to keep the trophy in Kiev for the next year

- Do you hope to be in the first team squad?

- I really want that but I'm not sure it will happen. There are still many things I have to master. I’ll strain every effort to succeed but I need some time. I have to improve my skills step by step. Probably I won’t be playing in the Super Cup match. At present my goal is to be among 18 first team players.

- Did your mature colleagues support you during the training camp?

- Actually I spend more time with younger footballers such as Oleh Dopilka. But other guys help me a lot too. They always give me very useful and professional advises.

- Who are you on friendly terms with?

- When I joined the first team, I communicated a lot with Andriy Yarmolenko and Mykola Morozyuk. As for Dynamo-2, Artem Butenin and Andriy Fartushnyak are among my best friends.
