- It’s a very important victory from psychological point of view first of all. Despite fatigue our performers demonstrated worthy play and won deservedly.
- Was the substitution of Kravets planned of the game just wasn’t a success for Artem?
- It doesn’t matter. When Artem scores nobody says anything. He fulfils a great amount of work. This time he didn’t hit the target though he had chances, but the team needs this person. We often dispossess opponents due to his activeness. Mbokani took the field because we needed a forward, who can play keep-ball.
- Rio Ave head coach has stated that Dynamo can claim upon victory in the Europa League. Do you agree with him?
- I think we’ve just started our way. It’s good that we’ve qualified for the knock-out stage. When we get to know who our opponent will be we’ll get ready for matches against this team. No one thinks about the Europa League final right now. We had a task to reach the next stage and we’ve accomplished it. Now our aim is to win the group and of course we can’t forget about the domestic league.
- How useful for Dynamo is Miguel Veloso?
- Of course he’s very useful. This player is Portugal international. We have positive competition in the team and Miguel understands that. Making substitute appearances he helps the team. This time he did his best and hit the target.
- Pedro Martins has complained as his team must feature in the domestic league in Sunday. Dynamo will also play in the UPL this day. Will that influence your players’ conditions?
- We wanted to have one more day for preparation and I even asked FC Vorskla Poltava for that, but they haven’t taken our offer. I hope this will make our players stronger. They realize that it’s all in our hands. They know how important the forthcoming match is.
- Andriy Yarmolenko refused to communicate with media as he stated that he has caught cold. Did he have health problems before the game?
- He had common cold even before the game in Zaporizhia. Still Andriy played for 90 minutes and benefited the team. The same situation happened today. In the locker-room he couldn’t speak. I’m thankful to him and I’m sure he’ll get ready for the next game.
- What do players think about the game against FC Steaua București?
- As I’ve said, it’s important for us to win the group. We’ve already qualified for the next stage, but we must focus on the forthcoming game.
