On criticism
- I didn’t read anything. It’s important for me to focus on work in hard times. Only God knows what happens next. We’ll analyze the situation with players. At the moment I don’t want to hear criticism. I want to keep working.
On leader
- It’s difficult to raise a leader. Leader is someone, who has character on the field. We lack such player in a way. I see that Vida tries to help the team.
On Tsyhankov
- He knows our demands and does what coaches tell him to. He got the starting spot and scored deservedly. He also helped defenders.
On Gonzalez
- I’ve had a talk with every player. If someone doesn’t fulfill his duties, he doesn’t play. I hope Derlis has understood me. I’m satisfied with the way he worked for the team in the game against FC Olimpik Donetsk.
On the main squad
- We don’t have main squad. Those, who prove they’re ready to play at training sessions, take the field. I’m thankful to players. It’s really important we’ve gained three points.
